Resident Employee
Our Resident Employees undertake and lead the engagements with our clients. The work ranges from Management Consultancy, Technical Consultancy, to hardware engineering, software development and financial analysis. As Resident Employees gain more experience, they undertake more senior roles with the potential to become shareholding Partners in the firm.

Associate Specialists
Associate Specialists are experienced professionals with prior experience in software, management consulting, business, accountancy, IT hardware, networks, physics, medicine or engineering. They use their industry knowledge to inform client engagements and ensure the best outcomes for our clients. Unlike residents, they work remotely.
We are always keen to hear from people with at least 3 years experience in one of the above areas who wish to join Onley Group as an Associate Specialist.
Technical Internships
Onley Group Technical Internships are new exciting opportunities for existing students to gain real technical programming experience and be paid for it, while working from home. Work can be undertaken during the holidays in and a student's spare time during term, with the ability to return to internship work as availability suits. It's a great chance to earn a good hourly rate while gaining industry-recognised experience.
